WHAT INFORMATION DO WE PROCESS?
BONDER™ will process personal identification data, namely name, address, telephone contact and VAT number/identification document only for the purposes of executing the contractual relationship and the obligations associated with it, such as for billing purposes or delivery of orders.
WHY DO WE NEED YOUR INFORMATION?
BONDER™ will process your personal data for the purposes of managing the contractual relationship.
HOW WILL THIS INFORMATION BE STORED AND SHARED?
Your personal information will be received by BONDER™ employees dedicated to providing these services. The information will then be kept by the Company and may not be communicated to any other entities, unless this constitutes a legal obligation. Third-party services may be subcontracted, for example, for website hosting, market research or image promotion. Only personal data necessary for the provision of the service in question will be provided to these entities, which may only be used by them for this purpose.
Your data will be processed within the European Union.
Your personal data will be kept for a period of 5 years from the time you cease to be a customer, for the purposes of customer management and management of BONDER™'s corporate, tax and accounting obligations, and will be deleted or anonymized after this period, or when the information is no longer necessary.
WHAT ARE THEY AND HOW CAN I EXERCISE MY RIGHTS?
At any time, you can ask us for access to information that specifically concerns you, to rectify the information when it is incorrect or incomplete, to erase or limit the processing of your personal data or, where applicable, to port your personal data previously provided, in a structured, commonly used and computer-readable format. You may also object to the processing of your personal data at any time. The requests identified should be sent by e-mail to bonder@bonderandco.com
BONDER™ will use its best efforts to respond promptly to your requests, and you will be informed of the measures taken to this end within a maximum period of one month from the date the request was made.
BONDER™ also informs you that you have the right, as the holder of personal data, to submit a complaint to the National Data Protection Commission if you believe that a specific processing offends your rights.
CAN I REVOKE MY CONSENT LATER?
When consent is legally required for the processing of personal data, the Participant, as the data subject, may withdraw his or her consent at any time, although this right does not compromise the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent previously given - nor does it compromise subsequent processing when it is based on a legal obligation or other valid basis of legitimacy.
If you wish to withdraw your consent, you can contact us using the contact details above.
